Department Announcement: Matters to Note for Registration of Master's Students (including second-round re-examinees) of the Department of Statistics and the Institute of Data Science for the 2025 Academic Year

1. Registration Date for Admitted Students (including second-round re-examinees):
   March 14, 2025 (Friday), 1:30 PM to 4:10 PM
   Any student who fails to register on time will be considered to have forfeited their admission, and their spot will be filled by a waiting-list candidate.

2. Registration Date for Waiting-list Students:
   Irregular dates, to be filled as spots become available. The registration date will be specified on the admission notice. (The waiting-list admission notice will be sent by email to the address provided by the candidate during the application process.)

   Room 62208, Second Floor, Department of Statistics Building, College of Management, Guangfu Campus (first room on the left after climbing the stairs).

   Before registering, please fill out the online new student data form:
   Visit the website: https://campus4.ncku.edu.tw/wwwmenu/program/fresh/
   Enter your student number and ID number to complete and save the new student data form and student information form. Print them out and submit them during registration.

   Documents to Bring for Registration:

   1. Admission notice (a photocopy is acceptable).

   2. Original documents that match the qualifications listed on your application (the originals will be returned after verification), and a photocopy of the documents.

   3. New Student Data Form (with a copy of both sides of your ID and a photo uploaded).

   4. Student Information Form.

   5. Declaration or photocopy of your graduation certificate: If you have already graduated, you do not need to submit a declaration. Please submit a photocopy of your graduation certificate with your student number written on the top right corner. Bring the original for verification. The declaration form can be downloaded below.

   6. Military Service Status Survey Form (required only for male students): Please download the form from this link, fill it out, print it, and submit it during registration.

3. If you are unable to attend the registration in person, you may have someone else complete the registration on your behalf.
   In addition to the documents listed above, they must bring a proxy letter (no specific format required) and a copy of the candidate's ID (both front and back).
