Announcement on the Credit Recognition Consultation Form for Undergraduate Students, Department of Statistics (Academic Year 2025–2026, Semester 2)
- This inquiry form is intended for undergraduate students of the Department of Statistics to inquire about the recognition of elective credits taken from other departments, up to a maximum of 18 credits.
- The general principles for credit recognition of elective courses from other departments are as follows:
- Required courses offered by any department within the University and elective courses offered by departments within the College of Management are eligible for credit recognition, provided that the course content is not identical or substantially similar to the required professional courses of the Department of Statistics.
Courses that meet this criterion do not require prior inquiry. Please do not submit this form for such courses. Submissions that do not comply with this rule will not be reviewed. - For elective courses offered by departments outside the College of Management, credit recognition is subject to approval by the Department Chair. Students must obtain the Department Chair’s approval prior to course enrollment.

- Form Availability: The inquiry form is available from January 21, 2026 (Wednesday) to March 2, 2026 (Monday).
- Inquiry Deadline by Semester: Inquiries for courses offered in a given semester must be completed within the course selection period of that semester.
- Inquiry results will be updated on the Department of Statistics website under Latest News / Course Announcements.
Students are responsible for checking the results online.
