The research team of Associate Professor C. C. Hsu, ACVLAB – including Li Chia-Ming, Chen Kuan-Lin, Chien Chih-Yu, and Tu Ying-Sheng – has been awarded the prestigious 2024 National Science Council (NSC) Future Tech Award for their series of research works.
The "Future Tech Award" invites applications for research results from various projects funded by the NSC, Academia Sinica, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare. After a thorough evaluation process involving initial and secondary reviews and feedback, 82 key technological indicators were selected for the final award.
Continuing the award's emphasis on "scientific breakthrough" and "industry applicability," this year’s winning technologies are notable for their innovation and potential in both technical advancements and subsequent commercial development.
The team showcased their work at the TIE Future Tech Pavilion from October 17-19, aiming to promote technology exchange between academia and industry, and to build stronger collaborations between the research community and the industrial sector.
