The competition, organized by Chunghwa Post, invited students nationwide to form teams and utilize emerging AI technologies to uncover hidden value in data. By leveraging data insights to understand customer needs, the competition aimed to enhance operational performance, optimize services, and deliver customer-centric experiences.
